The book is currently available at Amazon.com:

inderella and the Prince have a baby named Belinda. She becomes unbearably selfish and rude.  The brokenhearted Prince and Cinderella admit they have unwittingly pampered their little princess. After trying to remedy their parenting errors without success, they turn to Cinderella's fairy godmother.   Godmother's magical cottage becomes animated to help Belinda learn royal manners and unselfish behavior more befitting one who will become a ruler.
